[Declude.JunkMail] MISSING_REVERSE_DNS:BadHeaders test fails on a hotmail acct

Can you tell me what the BadHeaders test actually looks at?  There is a certain Hotmail acct. ([EMAIL PROTECTED]) that triggers the BadHeaders test to fail.  I don't have any problem recieving from other hotmail accounts.   Thanks Mike Bartolotta
