OSRELAY:[Declude.JunkMail] NOABUSE:Two questions

I’ve got declude running our several mail servers. I am having an issue with one server (it’s a Win2K server with IMail 7) where I’m seeing hundreds of processes opening. I’m wondering if the issue is related to using terminal services to manage the server. Do you have to log into the server to get declude to run?
