Will WHITELIST IP 127.0.0.1 ALSO imply that 127.0.0.10 - 19 and 100 - 199 are whitelisted? If so, how do whitelist single digit host addresses (such as the above .1). Declude just looks for a exact match. If you tell it to look for "@example.com", it will only match users with "@example.com" in their E-mail address.
