We recommend using HOLD and then running an automatic job to delete older
files from the holding bin after a month or so. The idea is that if a
false-positive is reported, you can find or grep for the specific content a
customer is looking for and then re-insert it into the queue - and adjust
your filtering (or report a false positive to www.sortmonster.com if you're
using sniffer.) Typically, if you haven't had a false positive report in 30
days or so, you won't get one. The extra space is not typically an issue,
and this methodology doesn't require you to review filtered content -
although there are some excellent tools for that.

Hope this helps,
_M

| Subject: [Declude.JunkMail] Common actions for Declude Junkmail
|
|
| Just purchased Junkmail and I was wondering what most people are using for
| actions, I was thinking of just changing them all from WARN to
| DELETE but I
| was afraid this might cause problems.
|
| What I did right now was change them to SPAM just to keep an eye on it
| first.
|
| Just hoping there might be a suggested config? I mean just warning seems
| kind of pointless to me, all my users are still going to get the spam.
|
| Thanks
