What is the "best"/easiest way to completely block a sender.

I been going through our incoming mail and I see a high volume of
mails originating from pm0.net (postmastergeneral) and from
em5000.net. Both are getting blocked by Declude due to OSSRC and other
lists. Since I'm sure I don't want any mail from these domains and
thosely don't want to waste resources checking them against rbl's and
viruscan those messages I just want to remove them without having
declude Antivirus and Declude JunkMail do a lot of processing on
messages originating from these networks.

Any ideas how to do this with minimum of tests and processing of those
messages ?

Also is there any way to store hold messages in different folders ?
Say if I have a weight10 and a weight20 test is there any way to make
the weight10 be stored in one folder and the weight20 in another
folder ? I would like to be able to check over the weight10 messages
quickly to see if any legit messages gotten stuck. But don't want the
weight20 to be deleted just in case. That way I can do quick searches
on those if people say they are not getting someones mail. Does that
make sense ?
