I humbly take that back. Upon reviewing the file dates, I discovered that the posted demo version had missed an bug fix from a few weeks ago. The bug would allow evaluation matrix to run out of range in cases where the first character in a scanned message was null or > 127.
I have updated the demo software and re-posted it.
