I am getting a lot of spam from a particular class C (204.127.131.0-254)
and when I process it through spam cop it never shows those IPs as the
offenders. I was hoping that one of the spam experts on this list could
tell me what is going. I am asking because I am considering blocking that
Class C but I do not want to block it if it is not the culprit. I have
placed a copy of one of the headers below - my question is this - is
204.127.131.29 relaying spam. Thanks for your help.
