XBL seems to have listed the whole Class B.
I can't say whether or not that Class C range would have legitimate mail
coming from it, but I can almost guarantee you that there would be
legitimate mail coming from the Class B range. So there's still a good
chance the Class C range could have some legitimate mail coming from
it. It may be worth trying (yes, trying) to contact AT&T to see if they
can give you more information.
