John: Thanks for the very kind offer. It appears that Imail is not reading the smtpd32.acc file correctly ( the kill.lst) was still there and is working. We are suspecting a corrupted smtpd32.acc which may of happened for reasons other than upgrading declude. The upgrade was per the manual - copying the declude.exe on top of the old one.
We are going to restore the smtpd32.acc file from last nite's backup - if that works we only will lose what we added this morning. Everything else is working fine. This gives us an opportunity to test our mini-disaster recovery plan.
