The Declude upgrade shouldn't do something like that. It never changes any
of the IMail settings, except for the SendName registry entry so that
Declude can work.
The IPs are listed in the \IMail\smtp32.acc file, and the Kill list is in
the \IMail\kill.lst file. If you have a recent backup, you can just copy
in those two files.
