The email (headers below) failed on test other than the WEIGHT10 test. The
logs showed the email failing both tests twice. In this email, I has both
<mail.cybrhost.com> and <cybrhost.com> in the Declude folder. I pulled the
headers out of HOLD mail in the "spam" folder.
