This was actually brought up here quite recently (last week?). It leaves a
hole in the AV protection *if* you have Declude JunkMail hold E-mail, and
then review it and deliver some of them. In that case, the E-mails that
are held and then delivered would not be scanned.
The default (Declude Virus running first) is the safest option. Having
Declude JunkMail first will be more efficient (if you use the HOLD or
DELETE actions on some/all of the spam), but has the drawback of not
scanning the E-mail that is held-but-later-delivered.
