I got an on-line order confirmation from QuillCorp.com that failed both BADHEADERS and SPAMHEADERS.

No, there is no way to do that yet.

Those two tests should rarely ever catch personal mail, but the SPAMHEADERS
test will often catch bulk mail sent from poorly designed web sites.  The
BADHEADERS test will *never* catch any legitimate mail, unless it is sent
from a broken mail client, so it is usually a good test to use (often mail
that fails the BADHEADERS test will "disappear" in the recipient's inbox
anyways, so they would never see it).
