... and *that* is the reason why the "X-Spam-Tests-Failed" header doesn't 
appear.  Since the E-mail is passed on to another server, and not stored 
locally, it is treated as an outgoing E-mail.

Yes.  You can add a line:

         XOUTHEADER X-Spam-Tests-Failed: %TESTSFAILED%.

to the global.cfg file.  The drawback to this, however, is that it will 
appear on all outgoing mail.
