[Declude.JunkMail] Junk getting through

Any idea why this email didn't get tagged? We have no whitelists and have Sniffer set for subject, weight 10 set for subject and this message got through without a SPAM in the subject. Is it because the postmaster account is an alias? The junkmail logs don't show anything other than all the tests the message failed.
