Scott,
Here is the header information on the example email I was referring to.
As you can see the 'Reply-to:' with @boing.topica.com. My blacklist just
has 'topica.com' and Declude catches it just nicely. But based on what
you have responded, that this should not have made it to Declude if
'topica.com' (which is in the reply address) is in my kill list. Or am I
confused. :-)

The IMail Kill List will block E-mail before it is received (while the
SMTP
protocol is determining who the E-mail is from/to), and before Declude

Note that the IMail Kill List (and Declude JunkMail "fromfile" test
type)
both work on the return address of the E-mail, which is often different
from the "From:" or "Reply-To:" headers.

No -- you should see it blocked by IMail. :) I'm guessing that you are
seeing the From: address, which is different from the return address.
