I have turned on XSENDER and here is another example of a domain that is
getting blocked by my blacklist but not by the kill list. 

I have 'bonustree.com' in my kill list. The reply to addy that declude
is displaying is [EMAIL PROTECTED] Should this not get stopped by
the kill list?

You may want to use the "XSENDER ON" option, so that you will see a 
"X-Declude-Sender:" header that includes the return address.  From the 
headers you show, you can't tell what the return address is.  Or, you
could 
look in the IMail log file for the "MAIL FROM:" line for this E-mail.
