I am using Outlook XP and I >have my Outlook client set to default RTF. That is likely the problem. I believe that Outlook's RTF actually sends a winmail.dat file as an attachment with the RTF information in it, which would "hide" the header/footer (as would HTML). >Would my mail configuration of all email being routed from external >IMAIL servers to internal Exchange Servers have anything to do with it? No, that would not be an issue. -Scott --- [This E-mail was scanned for viruses by Declude Virus (http://www.declude.com)] --- This E-mail came from the Declude.JunkMail mailing list.
