It's in the sender blacklist... and it's is not in my whitelist.

Where is it blocked?  In a sender blacklist ("fromfile")?  Are other 
blocked E-mail addresses getting blocked?

Do you have any whitelists that would allow the E-mail through (which would 
override any blacklists)?
