Is the sender blacklist set up properly (are other blacklisted
domains/addresses working properly)? What does the line look like in your
sender blacklist file?

Do you have any whitelist entries? Often, mistakes are made such as
whitelisting all mail from Hotmail because "mail.com" was whitelisted.
