The instructions aren't very clear. Although it looks like different IPs
are returned for the different countries, the zone files show them
returning 127.0.0.2 in all cases. My guess is that the country zones
(ca.rbl.cluecentral.net, for example) all return 127.0.0.2, but there is a
"master" list (perhaps just rbl.cluecentral.net) that returns a different
code for each country. But I could be wrong.
My advice would be to use "*", like this, so that any result will cause the
test to fail:
CHINA ip4r cn.rbl.cluecentral.net * 5 0
