You could use either the filtering in the latest beta of Declude JunkMail, 
or the outgoing scanning in the latest version of IMail.

The catches, however, are that you would have to have separate filters for 
the subject and body, and that you would need to either catch the 4 letters 
whereever they appear (for example, if you feel that "pear" is a 4-letter 
word, you would catch "appear"), or you would need to come up with 
different variations where the word could appear by itself (" pear ", " 
pear.", " pear?", " pear, ", and so forth).
