I didn't like the way I worded my reply... Say you were going to use in your myfilter.txt:
MAILFROM -10 @columbiahouse.com Then you also use: SUBJECTCONTAINS 10 "free records" BODYCONTAINS 10 "buy one get one free" Then you have a WEIGHT15 DELETE Now the email is: Received from: bob@columbia house Subject: get four free records with the purchase of one Buy one record and get one free after your initial purchase of five records. Because the negative value is -10, the actual assigned weight of this email would be 10 plus what ever value your myfilter.txt has assigned. Assuming it is a value of 5, this email would be deleted and not sent. Personally, I consider this spam. But if you use the same senario and this email looks like this: Received from: bob@columbia house Subject: your free records Your record purchase has been shipped on this day to this address. Enjoy. This email would have a weight of 5 and would go through. Hope this is as confusing to you as it is to me...LOL Jim Rooth Klotron, Inc. --- [This E-mail was scanned for viruses by Declude Virus (http://www.declude.com)] --- This E-mail came from the Declude.JunkMail mailing list.
