I wouldn't recommend that -- the SNIFFER test catches mostly spam, and 
spammers typically use valid E-mail addresses less than 1% of the 
time.  That means that for each pseudo-bounce message that gets back to the 
spammer, you're using resources to send 100 E-mails, most of which will get 
sent to innocent victims.

In this case, the whitelist isn't working.  If the E-mail is actually 
whitelisted, the ALERT action will not occur.
