>I have SNIFFER tests set to alert.
I wouldn't recommend that -- the SNIFFER test catches mostly spam, and spammers typically use valid E-mail addresses less than 1% of the time. That means that for each pseudo-bounce message that gets back to the spammer, you're using resources to send 100 E-mails, most of which will get sent to innocent victims. >I've found that the user will receive the alert even if they are in the >whitelist? > >Is this normal or do I have something mis-configured? In this case, the whitelist isn't working. If the E-mail is actually whitelisted, the ALERT action will not occur. -Scott --- [This E-mail was scanned for viruses by Declude Virus (http://www.declude.com)] --- This E-mail came from the Declude.JunkMail mailing list.
