Ok, I am now back in the office. There were two deccon.exe in task manager.
There was one Declude Console window open as expected. There was a error window open that said the following: "Couldn;t create file map2; already exist." That is the exact message, including punctuation marks, except the quotes. When I clicked on ok, it closed as well as the second blank Declude Console window. Ideas?
