Question!
I have a very good customer who uses Earthlinks web
based email program. She just called me to let me know
that a email she sent to her regular customer
failed due to
The mail server for golfersguide.com does not accept E-mail that fails the
MONKEYFORMMAIL spam test.
I don't understand why a earthlink webbased email
program would be listed with MONKEYFORMMAIL
spam test.
What's is the work around so customers using
earthlinks webbased mail program do not get this message.
I know I can set the $default#junk.mail file to
"warn" but that wont stop the spam mail. right? So how
does this
work?
I must be really stupid I having a tough time with
all this. - IM going to start drinking on the job
soon!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
