The first step is to try to fix the problem, not work around it.
The problem is that Earthlink has (or used to have) a formmail script on
that web site, that could be used by spammers to send out spam.

That's correct -- setting the action for the MONKEYFORMMAIL test to WARN
will affect all incoming mail, including spam.
One way to work around the problem would be by whitelisting your customer's
E-mail address (with a line such as "WHITELIST FROM [EMAIL PROTECTED]" in
the \IMail\Declude\global.cfg file). Note that you should not whitelist
the entire Earthlink domain, as it will frequently appear as the return
address on spam.
Note that the weighting system gets around problems like this by requiring
several tests to fail, so if the Earthlink web mailer only failed the
MONKEYFORMMAIL test, it wouldn't get caught.
