Same server and official domain name nothing in the hosts file

So I should change my dns to point mail.ptsi.net at 207.50.0.14?
or
In imail lulu.ptsi.net is the official host name and the TCP/IP Address is
207.50.0.14 so should I make a cname record mail.ptsi.net > lulu.ptsi.net?

> lulu.ptsi.net
Server: ns.ptsi.net
Address: 207.50.0.16

Name: lulu.ptsi.net
Address: 207.50.0.14

> mail.ptsi.net
Server: ns.ptsi.net
Address: 207.50.0.16

Name: mail.ptsi.net
Address: 207.50.0.18

Thanks for all your help
Shannon
