It uses a standard junkmail file, I only used a custom one to leave my
current configs, which use other actions such as hold and attach, intact.
The files being changed are the imail rules files, which imail handles
pretty well on it's own.  I really don't see a major performance hit either
way considering if you have thousands of mailboxes, say 6000 like Glenn, it
is no different to access one file in 6000 than one folder in 6000, as Imail
already does.

By using the rules files it allows customers to still use the filter manager
in webmail to make custom rules that could occur before the predefined ones.
If you log into the review site, it will automatically move the predefined
rules to the end.
