There is no "blacklist" in Declude JunkMail -- I assume you're refering to a "sender blacklist" (the "fromfile" test type).Just want to make sure.
The formats are different, as the IP blacklists work on IPs, and the sender blacklists work on IPs. For the IP blacklists, you can list an IP ("192.0.2.128") or IP CIDR ranges ("192.0.2.0/24" or "192.0.0.0/8" to block a Class C or Class A range).
