unclewebster.com email was held by junkmail, based on my configuration.

I just check dnsstuff.com to verify what was blocked by unclewebster.com, and spamcop showed clean.

Why did junkmail show it as spamcop? Only selection in header FYI.
That's because SPAMCOP doesn't list domains. It only lists IP addresses. If you enter "unclewebster.com" into the spam database lookup, it will look up the details on one of the IPs associated with unclewebster.com, which may or may not be the one it sent from.
