Last week we have had a problem for 2 hours because the FW-Admin changed
the policy-structure on the firewall between our Junkmail-Server and our
DNS-Servers and forget to reconfigure the neccessary rules.

Beside other problems there was specialy one with declude junkmail:
Because all DNS-based tests timed out, all incoming mail was blocked
from the weighting system.

Question: Can it be helpful to change this in declude so that timed out
DNS-Tests will not trigger any actions?
The best thing I can imagine are a new configuration parameter for the
postmasters email address. So any "critical" error like not reacable
DNS-Servers, or any other error that limits the functionality of
configured tests will be emailed the first time to the admin.
