The failing tests was MAILFROM, REVDNS and HELOBOGUS:

10/30/2002 00:02:57 Q139f04c Msg failed MAILFROM (Domain
list.ipswitch.com has no MX/A records.).
10/30/2002 00:02:57 Q139f04c Msg failed REVDNS (This E-mail was sent
from a MUA/MTA 156.21.1.21 with no reverse DNS entry.).
10/30/2002 00:02:57 Q139f04c Msg failed HELOBOGUS (Domain
list.ipswitch.com has no MX/A records.).

In the meantime I've found the cause: On the firewall there was not a
missing rule but a wrong rule, forwarding all DNS-traffic to a
test-server that at this time has had configured a "."-Zone. Fantastic
what a simply change on a firewall rule can do...
That's the problem -- your test DNS server was returning that the domain ipswitch.com doesn't exist, so the MAILFROM, REVDNS, and HELOBOGUS tests should fail in that case.
