Declude Virus has a delivererrors option.

Does Declude Junkmail have such a feature?

No. The "DELIVERERRORS" option in Declude Virus is used if the virus scanner reports an exit code that is neither a "virus free" nor a "virus found" code. There isn't an equivalent in Declude JunkMail.
