> What is the point of blackholes.us? Scott said: "they are designed to identify E-mail from specific countries or Internet providers"
Not that I want to say anything against Scott but the word "blackholes" and the number of "spam"-mentions on this page let me assume something different. After clicking a little bit through this site I think everyone who's not enthusiastic about blocking an entire class c network because there are some spamming ip's inside (like SPEWS), should never use blackholes.us. For example they have listed a great part of an Italian ISP with thousands of class-c networks because "it was requested" But thanks, my question is answered: I will use this tests to slightly increase the weight for messages that comes from countries with a very high spam/real-mail ratio for our customers.
