It appears that with the latest interim release there is a problem with ROUTETO. Since we upgraded we see that the heavy weighted emails that are to be ROUTEDTO admin are being delivered.What would be very useful here is if you could get debug log file entries for an E-mail that should have used the ROUTETO action.
