message and tagged by the filter file, that none of the ip4r tests get run
on these messages...

Here's the problem -- for some reason, Declude JunkMail thinks the IP is blank.

The debug mode should help track down this problem (by changing the "LOGLEVEL LOW" line in \IMail\Declude\global.cfg to "LOGLEVEL DEBUG" until one of these E-mails next arrives). If you can then send me the log file, that should really help in determining what is happening.
