In this case, the diagnostics should help determine the problem. To save the diagnostic information, you can go to a command prompt and type "\IMail\declude -diag > diag.txt" (*exactly* like that, with no changes). This will report some diagnostic information to a file diag.txt, which you can send me. I'll take a look at it to see what the problem may be.So, the other day, i noticed that some of my mail is still being tagged as "scanned for viruses by declude virus...", so I dinked around with the virus config file a bit. All of a sudden, I'm starting to get mail about lesbian indian women, girls th penies, and ads for viaagra. Sure enough... the junkmail filter stopped working.
