If there is nothing in the log files, most likely Declude didn't see the E-mail at all. This should rarely ever happen, but could if for example you were upgrading IMail at the time (if IMail overwrote the Declude registry entry, and the E-mail arrived before Declude was back in place).No they do not.
Another possibility is that something went wrong internally within Declude. If this was the case, there should be C:\Declude.gp1 and C:\Declude.gp2 files, which you can send to me and I can check to see what happened.
