> SUBJECT 3 CONTAINS You're a WINNER

This will filter on: You're a WINNER

> SUBJECT 3 CONTAINS "You're a WINNER"

This will filter on: "You're a WINNER"
(The filter is looking for the quotes also.)

So, if you used: SUBJECT 3 CONTAINS "You're a
WINNER"

You're a WINNER Would NOT be caught
"You're a WINNER" Would be caught
