I opted to use the cn-kr.blackholes.us. Thanks for the info!
FWIW, I had to change the line:
CN-KR ip4r cn-kr.blackholes.us 127.0.0.2 13 0
to read
CN-KR ip4r cn-kr.blackholes.us * 13 0
to get it to work. Apparently the zone returns 127.0.0.2 and 127.0.0.3 depending on the country.
