Our web hosting company had to install a new server, and the permissions
had to be updated, which was causing problems with some of the tools on the
site. They should all be working fine now.
The 4000080e indicates a problem with the Date: header. This could be a
year that is not RFC compliant, a future year, or other similar problem.
