[Declude.JunkMail] Multiple actions per test

New to JunkMail, please bear with me.  I want a second action on the 
WEIGHT 10 test.  Not ready to just drop the header warning. If I 
understand the manual correctly, I do the following:

In global.cfg:
WEIGHT10B    weight    X    X    10    0
In $default$.junkmail: (after the WEIGHT 10 statement)
WEIGHT10B    SUBJECT Spam:
Will I accomplish adding "Spam:" to the subject line?  Will I cause the 
weight to double doing this?
