Norton Antivirus Corporate and Gateway Version (Latest) does not stop this.
Ouch. They should be upgraded ASAP. It is very likely there will be viruses in the near future that those programs will not be able to catch (even with virus definition updates), unless you upgrade.
Trying to get Covad to change something might be a problem.
Well, if they want their E-mail to be blocked, that's their decision to make.
We will be happy to work with them if necessary (we've worked with a number of big companies to fix serious mail problems like this).
