Did you check Google Groups?  There looks to be tons of stuff discussing
similar issues in there.

Some sample subjects include...

OL2000/MAPISP32 livelock state (NOT COVERED BY Q195922)
mail problem mapisp32.exe using 99% CPU
MAPISP32 uses 100% CPU

etc...
