I did just look at the archives but I can't decide if this is something that I should worry about or not. It was a one time deal.

If it is a one time deal, you can ignore it.


I also cant decide whether the email got delivered or not.

When this error occurs, Declude JunkMail processes the E-mail as if the test did not fail. So it will be handled normally, except there is a slight chance that it may not get caught as spam if it would have otherwise.


The very next line in the log says the message is ok but the user is complaining it wasn't received.

The "Message OK" line means that the E-mail didn't fail any spam tests, and Declude JunkMail delivered it. If you check the IMail SMTP log file, you should see that it was delivered (unless any IMail rules/filters caught it).
