Our accounting is
now starting to receive confirmation email requests because the spam software
does not have our email. Our donation management system sends receipts to
individuals when they make a donation. Now their spam software is
requesting confirmation.
Since this topic
was discussed a while back I just thought to express the pain associated with
this system.

imagine if we have to respond to every receipt mailed to people so they can receive the receipt. I sure hope this methodology not receive a wider level of acceptance. Online merchants will go through hell...
