Just to confirm:
If I want to find out which of this domains can be used with the
spamdomains-test, I have to find a legit/real mail from each one, so
that I can check if the IP of those outgoing smtp-gateway has a REVDNS
containing the domain name. Right?

Correct. Technically, you might need to look at a lot of them (as it could be that a domain has several mailservers, some of which don't have reverse DNS entries). But usually with the larger domains (ones that spammers tend use addresses on), they'll have the reverse DNS set up well.
