[Declude.JunkMail] Question about filter test

Below is a log section that I'm curious about. The weight on MYFILTER is -88, but when it lists the failure of the test is puts (14) next to the test. Doesn't that mean declude thinks it has a weight of 14 when it was actually -88 ? I'm running the latest interim release of 1.70.
