Using Declude 1.70 i21 JunkMail Pro

In my global config I put...

PREWHITELIST ON
WHITELIST TO abuse@
WHITELIST TO postmaster@

I sent an email from my hotmail account to [EMAIL PROTECTED] and did not see
Declude whitelist it. It ran all the junkmail tests and put them in the
headers as you can see below. My thought about it was that abuse is an alias
that goes to jlevitsk on the host. Does declude know that the mail is really
going to jlevitsk and not abuse so it doesn't whitelist it?
